We went back to Nebraska or "God's country" for a family funeral of a distant relative. While funerals are never expected or well planned, it proved an awesome time to see family again, and fit in the beloved date night. A nice treat after watching Mary Poppins 3 times during an 8 hour drive. Yikes. Thankfully, either pieces, the oversize check blouse or chambray jumpsuit can easily transition to fall. Just add a low boot (I'm loving this one) and faux leather jacket (I want this one on crazy sale). While I'm not anxious to say goodbye to the perfect eighty degree temps we've been having, I'm secretly anxious for sweaters, faux fur and booties. Bring. it. on.
