I'm currently at New York Fashion Week and there is no denying flares are a fall must-have. A 70's revival of sorts. Thankfully, I kept a lot of my flares and bells from high school and college. Way to think ahead right? Or, maybe I need to practice more spring cleaning. Yikes. Either way, flares give that effortless chic vibe.
